1964 George Kucera retired from practicing law in California and is now a licensed real-estate broker. He has purchased a Help-U-Sell real-estate franchise in Coeur dAlene, Idaho, where he lives with his wife, Vladlena. Kucera enjoys fishing and hunting in northern Idaho and still holds his California law license. 1966 Artist Stephen Kaltenbach, M.A. 67, had almost two dozen of his conceptual works from the last four decades on display in a July show at the Los Angeles gallery Another Year in L.A. Known for his discordant and provocative works, Kaltenbach is also a professor of sculpture at California State University, Sacramento. 1967 Michael Henry Kellicutt, M.A., Ph.D. 73, a Wisconsin native and resident of Half Moon Bay, died in a car crash in May 2005 at the age of 65. Remembered as a Renaissance man, Dr. Kellicutt developed manufacturing standards for computer disk drives in Silicon Valley while also pursuing photography, exhibiting his works and teaching classes. Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Shirley; his son and daughter-in-law, Conor and Cindy; and his grandchildren, Hanna and Shane. 1968 Author David Carkeet has written Campus Sexpot: A Memoir, to be published in September by the University of Georgia Press. A piece of creative nonfiction, the work recounts Carkeets adolescent days growing up in Sonora during the 1960s, exploring issues ranging from teenage sexuality to small-town culture. • Ann Saibeni won first prize in the KVIE Art Auction 2005 in Sacramento for her painting Good Company. During her time at UC Davis studying art and English she took courses from Roy DeForest and Wayne Thiebaud.
