1939  Sarah Mulock Duncan has been an active volunteer since she retired from 30 years of kindergarten teaching in 1979. She is co-curator of the San Gabriel Museum and is active with the Chamber of Commerce, the San Gabriel City Coordinating Council and Delta Kappa Gamma, Epsilon chapter. She writes that she also does a lot of gardening and has two grown sons and two grandchildren: "Life has been busy and good!"
