1990  Kim Darling married Jerry Loisel in December. Both teachers in the San Francisco Bay Area, they met through work.    Dennis Conrad died in January 2005 at age 38. He was shot to death in his Arden Park home during a burglary. Conrad, a stockbroker with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in Sacramento, was remembered by family and friends as a loving and generous man. He is survived by his wife, Maren, and their infant son, Hunter.

1991  Jason Biggs and his wife, Gaylene, welcomed the birth of their son, Gage, in June. They live in Mountain View, and Jason works for the Marcus & Millichap Co. as a senior counsel.    Vince Stewart became the director of federal government relations for UC Davis Government and Community Relations after six years in the UC State Government Relations Office.    Dylan Wiseman was elected shareholder in the Sacramento office of law firm Littler Mendelson. A specialist in employment law and intellectual property, Wiseman teaches continuing legal education classes and seminars in California, Oregon and Nevada.

1992  Sharon Bush was elected to the Kern County Republican Central Committee.    Scott Carney joined the California Health and Human Services Agency as assistant secretary in June. He and his wife, Laurie (Dunn) Carney ’93, live in Davis and have two daughters, ages 3 and 1.    Michael Chang joined Matsushita Vivendi Universal in charge of legal and business affairs at its Universal City office. Previously, Chang spent eight years in Asia, serving as an in-house counsel and senior executive for technology and logistics companies.    Katherine Eastham was appointed chief of the Caltrans Transportation Planning Office covering Sacramento, Yolo, Placer and El Dorado counties.    Christina (Ouano) Hays lives in Arlington, Va., where she works in power plant operations and settlements. She married David Hays in 2003, and they welcomed their daughter, Jessica, in October.
